It’s used in a lot of places that don’t make a lot of noise about it (some might surprise you), and there are still plenty of big established names like Shopify, Soundcloud and Basecamp running on Rails. Anecdotally, I find a lot of documentation or guides that haven’t been updated for several years and the same goes for a lot of gems, plugins and other projects.
