第七十二条 托运人对承运人、实际承运人所遭受的损失或者船舶所遭受的损坏，不承担赔偿责任；但是，此种损失或者损坏是由于托运人或者托运人的受雇人、代理人的过错造成的除外。
旅客违反本条第一款规定，造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任。
